Pay - from: £210 per week for a 20-hour week
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime,

You are paid for all travel between clients and waiting time

Full training given, varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternative weekends.

Our team of fantastic CAREGivers provide support and encouragement to elderly people here in our community in Reading, to enable them to continue remaining safely in their own homes and offering them the opportunity to feel part of the area they live in.

The work can be challenging at times, however the emotional satisfaction our employees get from the difference they make to the lives of the people they support is immense.

Understandably, our clients’ needs are really important to us. Therefore, you would expect to work regularly either in the mornings or evenings and at some weekends. These are the times our clients ask us for help, so we need to accommodate their wishes.

Our clients often ask to be taken out to the shops, to appointments or for a stroll. You will therefore need to have a car available to use to undertake these visits.

You may currently work in the retail sector, hospitality or even be contemplating a whole new career after a period of being at home. There are no prior qualifications or experience needed. If you have the ‘right heart’, we can provide you with all the  support and training you need to feel confident in this role.
