The Money

The Hours and working environment

Your typical hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm but some additional hours may be required from time to time.  Our brand new, custom built office with communal kitchen is located in Coney Hall Village with easy parking.

You will delight in hearing about the success of your newly recruited care assistants once they start working with our clients and you will watch their progress with pride. 

You will often have telephone contact with clients and their families and will quickly learn what an impact your role, finding somebody lovely to support them, or their loved one, has had on their lives.  This is true job satisfaction.
