Your new role

-       You will assist our clients in all aspects of their daily life, such as personal care, domestic tasks, supporting with medication and companionship.

-       You will spend 1 hour or longer with every client, giving you plenty of time to support them with daily tasks and enjoy a wee cuppa!

The Job: 

• Your role will include Travel throughout the North Lanarkshire areas- Drivers Licence and Car is ESSENTIAL 
• We deliver Person Centred Care to our clients – you may be helping with domestic tasks, personal care and being responsible for leaving the client SMILING
• Spend 1 hour or longer with every client, see the same clients at the same times every week!  
• Progression opportunities - Most of our Senior team were also once Care Professionals!
• Using our app daily which you use to check your shifts, sign into your visits and update on your client’s wellbeing when completed visits.

• £11 per hour + Mileage contribution (35p per mile)

We offer Flexi hours contracts as well as guaranteed hours contracts. If there are only specific days or times you have available please let us know 😊 We can offer flexi to accommodate if needed.

New hours of work: 

1. Full-time - working 30+ hours over 5 days (day off included in line with scheduling requirements)
2. Option 1: Sunday to Thursday
3. Option 2: Tuesday to Saturday 
4. Part-time - 8am to 2.30pm or 4:30pm to 9.30pm 
5. Option 1: Sunday to Wednesday 
6. Option 2: Wednesday to Saturday
