Job Description

With each Franchise looking after their local recruitment needs, this UK National Office based role is pivotal in helping Owners to attract and hire the next generation of CAREGivers and office teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, inspiring, and creative individual. You will ideally have experience of both sales and inhouse recruitment with a track record of hiring high volume roles, ideally in care but not essential, creating innovative recruitment solutions, and designing simple but effective end to end recruitment processes.  You will have strong stakeholder management skills and an ambition to exceed client expectations. A key part of the role is partnering with the marketing team to build our employer brand to elevate and professionalise the role of CAREGiving.
