As a Field Care Supervisor you will help take our business forward and further grow our home domiciliary care service.

You will build and maintain great relationships with clients and support our CAREGivers to provide the best possible care.

As a bit of background, Home Instead is the leading provider of relationship-led care and companionship services for older people. Our clients ‘live well their way’ with the support we provide, allowing them to remain in their own homes, where they want to be. With minimum visits of an hour duration, award-winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide.

As a Field Care Supervisor you will:

  • Build and maintain great relationships with clients
  • Support our Care Manager to keep in touch with clients and their families, undertaking Quality Assurance and Service Reviews, following up queries and working to ensure everything is ‘just right’ for clients and their families.
  • Meet prospective clients to develop outcome focussed care plans to help our clients get the most out of life!
  • Be part of the out of hours On Call team.
  • Have excellent keyboard skills and be able to type up care plans etc.
  • Be confident in talking to a range of other professionals and get to really understand and be able to explain your client’s needs.
  • Update client care plans, audit activity logs and MAR sheets alerting Care Manager to any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records on Electronic System
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times for all Home Instead Information, including client, caregiver & office data

Qualifications

You are likely to have Health and Social Care QCF Level 2/3 or be willing to work towards this AND at least 1-2 years experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care. You will also have a passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.

The successful candidate will also be:

  • IT literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
