Home Instead are recruiting for Community Care Workers across the West End and wider areas to provide high quality care at home services to our older clients within their own homes.

We welcome applications from both experienced care professionals and also from individuals with no experience within the Social Care Sector. You may be a Hairdresser, Retail Assistant, Customer Service Advisor, Childcare Officer or a parent who is looking for a new and rewarding career!

The Job:  

• Your role will include Travel throughout the West End and wider area delivering care at  home services to our clients within their own homes, including personal care, domestic tasks and companionship 
• Double time for bank holidays!!!
• Updating of our AMAZING app which you use to check your shifts, sign in to your visits and update on your clients wellbeing when visiting
• Spend 1 hour or longer with every client, see the same clients at the same times every week! 
• Progression opportunities - Most of our Senior team have once been Care Professionals  
• No uniform required

• £11 per hour + Mileage contribution 
• Travel time given between visits to allow you to get to your next client without rushing

• Guaranteed hours contracts - 16 hours, 20 hours and 30 hours
• Face to Face training + Online Learning and Development programme 
• Opportunity to complete SVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification 

Hours of Work:  (additional hours available) 

Option1: Tuesday to Saturday- between the hours of 8:00am & 2:30pm

Option2: Sunday to Thursday- between the hours of 8.00am & 2.30pm

Option3; Tuesday to Saturday-between the hours of 4pm & 9.30pm

Option 4: Sunday to Thursday- between the hours of 4pm & 9.30pm

No previous experience or qualifications are required to join us at Home Instead. 

Drivers licence and full access to a car is essential due to the nature of the role.
