Job Description

If you are passionate about great customer service and developing people, then I would love to hear from you!

Home Instead is a Care organisation with a difference.  We not only provide our clients with outstanding care, but we also strive to deliver a world class service to them, their families and to our very special people.

I am looking for a dynamic, motivated and supportive Head of Service Delivery to join our dedicated team in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. Reporting to me, the Operations Manager and working closely with our Registered Manager, you will coach, develop and manage our service delivery teams with both office based and field based direct reports.  You will be utilising your critical analysis skills to evaluate our working practices and will be tasked with improving and developing these to ensure we are delivering the very best service to our clients and CAREGivers.

Qualifications

You will be an experienced coach and people manager, someone who is willing to lead by example, and to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in when the need arises.  You will need to be curious about what we do and how we do it and not be afraid to challenge and offer solutions and improvements.

Customer service and critical analysis skills are absolutely essential to this role as is a great teamwork ethic because building excellent working relationships throughout the organisation will be critical to the success of this role.

We are not looking for a ‘care’ manager, but we do want someone who understands what is important to both our clients and our CAREGivers and who is willing and interested in developing a career in the ever growing, ever changing Care sector.

Additional Information

In return you will get a very competitive salary and benefits package and to work with a brilliant team in a dynamic, fast paced business which is at the forefront of ‘changing the face of ageing’

This role will be based full time 9am-5pm Monday to Friday in our office in St Ives but there may be some requirement for flexibilty in working hours and occasional travel into Cambridge and the surrounding area for meetings.
