The client is a huge Take That fan! And up until 2 years ago taught Ballroom and Latin Dance. She has twin daughters who are very dedicated to the client. 

Personality:

• She is a giggler, she likes to have fun and have a giggle
• She is also a quiet person
• She is quite placid, she doesn’t like anyone shouting
• Loves modern music, Dua Lipa
• She is quite trendy, she loves clothes and used to love going out clothes shopping
• She is young at heart
• Sociable
• She is also a worrier and is very fretful

Few other things:

• She has scoliosis of her back
• She is trying to feed herself more with finger foods
• Doctors are referring her to physio at home
• She has a gantry hoist – 
• She can weight bare but this is all dependant on the day
• In regard to memory : she cant remember being able to walk herself
