An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a loving and dedicated team to support our young Client who is living with complex physical and mental disabilities, including Cerebral Palsy.

Our Client lives with his parents and requires support in all aspects of daily living, promoting choice and independence.  Support will include personal care, moving and handling together with many playful activities including:  baking delicious cakes, being an active member of a virtual choir and taking part in any painting activities especially when glitter is involved!

Our Client enjoys inclusion in the local community, college (when open) and being outdoors weather permitting.  We are looking for a dedicated individual who is flexible, who believes in personal-centred care and who has an outgoing personality coupled with a great sense of humour.

The successful candidate will work closely with parents, brother and existing CAREGiver. Occasional night visits will be required.  Extensive training and shadowing will be given.

• Experience preferred but as extensive training will be given it is not essential.
• The successful candidate must be able to drive and have access to own vehicle.
