Please note, this role is part of the Government initiative known as the Kickstart Scheme.

Only applications submitted after referral from a Jobcentre Plus Universal Credit Work Coach, will be considered.

Initially, this role is for a 6-month Kickstart placement, however we are looking to fill these roles on a permanent basis. Hours will be 5 days a week, 9am – 4pm, 30 hours. All applications should be submitted only after consultation with your Job Centre+ Work Coach for a Kickstart placement, and regrettably, we are only able to consider applications that have been referred by a Work Coach.

Rate of pay is the national minimum wage. Applicants must be 16 - 24 years of age.

This Business Support Administrator Apprentice role will be a very general role which will assist the effective working of the bigger team. As you learn more about our business and how it operates, there may be telephone answering, taking detailed messages, data input, preparing PPE orders as well as other duties – all of which require accuracy, attention to detail and a right first time attitude.

The post may also entail being involved with recruitment cycle; being involved with our computerised recruitment administration helping make sure it is completed quickly, efficiently and correctly within timescales.

Your role may also be involved with helping out on project work as we introduce new systems, products and services of which you will play an increasingly progressive role and gaining skills as you find your feet and build your confidence

In essence the opportunity of a fully varied role as you build upon your knowledge and experience during your time with us.

Hours for this role are 9:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
