Our fantastic team of Care Professionals works across the Reading area. They support our clients in continuing to live fulfilling lives, safely in their own homes. 

Job Description

With many clients and Care Professionals to support and maintain, the Care Coordinator is a vital cog in our wheel. They make sure that the clients are seen at the agreed times by the right, well-matched Care Professionals. The role is challenging in that they need to be able to react promptly and positively to changes in our schedules, brought about via a variety of reasons.

Getting to know our clients and Care Professionals really well, and building positive relationships with them are the key skill sets for being successful in this role. 

Our office is located in Tilehurst and we support clients across the whole of the Reading area. In addition to the scheduling activities undertaken by the Care Coordinator, you will undertake certain other administrative duties and participate in our out of hours on call rota (for which additional payments are made).

 

Qualifications

Whilst there are no formal academic requirements for the role, it is expected that the right person will possess good allround PC skills as you will be working with Microsoft Office plus other bespoke software packages on a daily basis.
