Home Instead is a care provider with a difference. Continuity of care and building relationships is really important to us - we don't rush our visits so you have the time to get to know and connect with your clients.  All our visits are a minimum of one hour (often more) and we match all our clients with the right CAREGivers.

We provide a variety of daily living and wellbeing tasks including companionship, home help, personal care, medication support and nutrition/hydration assistance.  All packages are highly personalised, tailored to the clients' individual needs.

Home Care Assistant Wrexham Central areas 

Full-Time position 35 hours per week on a two week fixed rota. 3 full days per week. MH Guaranteed Hour Contract.

Annual Salaried Post includes care hours, travel time and holiday pay. (equivalent to £11ph)  Mileage paid additionally. A driving licence is essential. 

You will be supporting clients at home with their 1 hour care calls completing a variety of daily living tasks - this could be assisting them with getting showered and dressed in the morning, prompting and supporting them to take their medication or preparing them tasty, nutritious meals throughout the day. You will also help with house keeping and companionship.  

Our Care Assistants come from a variety of different backgrounds - whether you've worked in care before, looked after a family member at home or you're simply looking for a change of direction in your career. 

A previous background working in care and care qualifications are desirable but not essential.
