The Role

You will bring your experience in delivering and managing care, to consult prospective clients about their care needs, and work with the wider team to put in place the right level of care for the client. Based at our Farnborough offices, you will be the single point of contact for new clients and their families from the point of making an enquiry all the way until the client settles into their new care and support package. 

  • Carry out telephone and face to face care consultations with clients to establish their care needs
  • Write detailed and person-centred care plans to assist CAREGivers in delivering the best care possible to their clients 
  • Work with the scheduling team to match the right CAREGivers to the clients based on needs and personalities 
  • Introduce CAREGivers to new clients and their families 
  • Meet the regular requirements and Home Instead standards related to new client set up
  • Maintain contact with the clients and their families throughout the care settling in period 

 

Qualifications

  •  Experience within the care industry
  • Compassionate & understanding
  • Good written and spoken English is essential
  • Ability to write detailed care plans
  • Working within a team
  • Time management
  • Must have full UK driving license and means of transport, with or able to attain car insurance for business use
  • Be organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
