With care at home from Home Instead, older people can live independent and fulfilled lives in the place where they feel the happiest. 

We provide a variety services which include companionship, home help, personal care and medication support. Our care plans are highly personalised and tailored to the needs and wishes of our clients. 

Continuity of care and building relationships is really important to us, therefore our visits last a minimum of one hour and we match all our clients with the right CAREGivers.

Are you a night owl that's looking for a job that will really make a difference?  We are recruiting for a part-time care assistant to support our (primarily) older clients at home throughout the night.

Offering night support, you'll be there as a familiar face, offering reassurance and a friendly ear when they wake.  You'll assist them with medication reminders, personal care, maintaining a clean, safe environment and preparing them a nutritious breakfast.    Your support can really help to improve their quality of life and maintain their independence, keeping them living in the place they feel happiest for much longer.

The current position is on a part-time, rota basis working two nights a week plus one weekend in three.   

Access to your own vehicle is desirable due to the location/timings of clients. 

NB: Due to the nature of the role, applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check.

We don't expect you to have care qualifications when you join us - our CAREGivers come from a variety of different backgrounds.    We are looking for people with the right qualities.

So if you are kind, caring, friendly, empathetic and can spark up a conversation easily then you're already off to a flying start as a successful CAREGiver.

Training is provided throughout your Home Instead journey - giving you all the relevant skills you need to provide a top-class service to our clients.
