In order to continue our successful growth and excellent reputation we are seeking the right candidate for a part-time pro rata Field Supervisor role, with the opportunity to develop into a full-time position.

The Field Supervisor role is a critical key worker position supporting both our Clients and CAREGivers. You will be responsible for managing the immediate day-to-day and long-term strategic requirements of your own group of Clients and CAREGivers . You will be working alongside 3 other Field Supervisors and while you will be fully supported by management and your fellow team members, you will have the autonomy to decide how to best carry out your duties. You will help to make a difference to our clients and their families, supporting them to remain independent their own homes. You will also be expected to cover some on call duties on a rota basis.

Have a current driving license and access to a vehicle for visiting Clients and CAREGivers in the community.

Be highly organised and efficient.

Be confident in managing their own workload.

Understand the importance of collaborative working with peers and other healthcare professional.

Learn and adapt to new situations quickly.
