Home Instead Aylesbury are looking for a Team Leader / Field Care Supervisor to join our friendly, growing team to provide front-line management, manage client relationships, and participate in some hands-on care.

Our Team Leaders support our clients to be independent in their own homes by making sure clients receive the care and support they need. The Team Leader will make sure that the CAREGiver team is well supported by providing introductions to new clients, training, auditing care records, undertaking reviews, supervisions and spot-checks. There is some hands-on care with providing companionship, meal preparation, medication administration and personal care too.

Qualifications

You would need an NVQ or equivalent in Health and Social care and experience in working in a care environment to be considered.

Additional Information

Starting salary up to £25,000 per annum.
