We match our CAREGivers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support.  We make introductions so our CAREGiver's can meet and get to know their clients prior to working with them, this is what makes us different and helps us to make a difference to our client's.

We pay  £10.50 per hour midweek & £11 at weekends.

Job Description

Growing older can be very stressful for some people, so can you imagine taking someone out of their home too? Our home care avoids this, and our CAREGivers allow older people to live long and happy lives, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence. Do you want to make a real difference to someone’s life?

Qualifications

You will not need any experience of working in the care setting or interacting with older people but it would be desirable if you do . This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will need to have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will need be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will need to enjoy building professional friendships and are comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
