We are looking for an exceptional driven individual with a strong care background and a passion for high quality care to join our growing "outstanding" team based in Coney Hall, West Wickham. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled, experienced and motivated Field Care Supervisor who would like to take the next step in their person centred career.

As Senior Field Care Supervisor/ Live in Care Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the  growth and development of our service ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care. This will include being responsible for participating in the efficient running of the business, quality control, managing the needs of the clients and day-to-day management of internal staff and our CAREGivers. 

The role will include (but not limited to):

• Providing full support to the care team and CAREGivers
• Assisting with digital care planning
• Processing new client enquiries 
• Attending new client consultations 
• Supporting with scheduling 
• Identifying training needs/follow ups in respect of auditing activity
• Collating monthly mileage
• Managing annual leave requests 
• Supporting with spot checks
• Supporting with introductions
• Supporting with QA visits
• Taking part in the on call rota – one weekday night and alternate weekends

You will need to have a stable background in Home Care and ideally have experience of managing/ supporting a Live-In Care service.

Preferably you will reside in or very close to the Borough of Bromley and must have a full driving licence and vehicle.
