Our minimum call time is one hour, this is because we do not believe it is possible to provide truly exceptional care in 15 minutes. We don’t tick boxes and move onto the next call, we take the time to build meaningful relationships with the client and make a difference to their lives. 

You would be supporting our elderly clients to stay in their own homes by assisting them with every-day tasks such as washing and dressing, preparing meals, shopping or getting to appointments. You are matched to your clients by interests, hobbies and personality so the chances of building a strong and lasting relationship are maximised.

We never employ a CAREGiver unless we would happily let them look after our own loved ones as we believe our clients deserve the best. Experience in the care industry is not necessary, as long as you have the right attitudes and personality. 

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Walsall as a CAREGiver. As a CAREGiver, you will provide one of our services (companionship, home-help or personal care) to help them keep independent in their own home.

We are a values-based recruiter. This means whether you have previous care experience or not, what matters to us most is that you share our values and passion in building relationships and combating loneliness in older people.

Our free induction training will prepare you for the role and there are plenty of ongoing training opportunities to help you develop your knowledge and skills and gain qualifications in health and social care
