As a CAREGiver, with Home Instead your duties will vary and you'll be supporting with personal care tasks, medication administration, meal preparation, home help tasks, social activities and any other services needed. You'll work as part of a small team in the homes of our clients. You will be there, when to our clients their day feels impossible, despite the challenges, despite their struggles, you will be there.  

We are looking for CAREGivers who enjoy going to work and making a difference, are you looking to learn new skills and care for people in their homes? We can provide the following:

 8 am to support our clients needs to start a new day and / or 

4 pm to support our clients with tea / supper and "tuck in's"

We require our CAREGivers to be able to work every other weekend to ensure everyone has the chance for down time. 

Do you have a Caring nature and want to make a difference each day?  No experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support. You must live locally and be able to travel to a client’s home. Whether you have a young family, retired or looking for a second income we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

We welcome applicants with previous care experience who are looking to provide a different type of care, companionship led!  However, experience is not required as we provide all the knowledge you need within our training and development plan, individually tailored to you! 

For this role it is essential you have access to reliable transport due to the location of our clients.

  • Minimum of 1 hour visits
