We are now looking for a dedicated multi skilled individual to join our team.  This position may suit a care coordinator with experience in the care sector who now wants to progress to the next stage in their career or a graduate in health and social care.

The Director at Home Instead currently holds the position of Registered Care Manager and is now offering the exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Care Manager, who wishes to move to the position of Registered Care Manager in the near future.  The successful candidate must have a passion for caring to be chosen to join our team.  Our Cannock office has  been awarded the status of 'Outstanding' by CQC.  As our Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Registered Manager with the growth and development of our private sector care service ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.

This is a varied and challenging role so we are looking for an individual who:

• Must have experience of assisting the Care Manager in either domiciliary or care home care provision 
• has a proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
• Has had experience  in leading a team to provide quality care services
• has Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services 
• has the ability to build fantastic working relationships.
• has strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
• has the drive and motivation to develop our care services.
• has strong organisation and planning skills.
• is flexible to meet the demands of the business.
• Has a full UK driving licence
• Can provide suitable DBS and reference checks
• Has energy, drive & commitment to role
• Lives within 30/40 minutes commute of Cannock WS 11
