Job Description

As an Office Administrator at Home Instead, you'll provide the administrative support and management that will enable the office team to focus on delivering the highest quality care and support our clients deserve. You will support the Director and the Registered Care Manager with the home's administration and financial activities. Qualifications

You will be a kind, cheerful and hardworking individual with previous experience either as a care administrator or having worked in a care role where administration was part of your duties. It would be an advantage to have an understanding of care regulations and the successful candidate will be skilled in the use of MS Excel, MS Word and have a strong evidence of computer literacy.

Due to the need for involvement in the delivery of care, it would be highly desirable to have prior experience as a care assistant but not entirely necessary if you are willing to undertake the required training and you have the correct outlook and values as the rest of our office team.
