We are looking for a dynamic, creative and credible expert, who working closely with the Marketing, Business and Quality Teams along with the franchise network to develop and deliver the products and services of the future,  This is a permanent role working in a fast growth business with a great culture, desirable company benefits and a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Job Description

You will identify key client and franchise needs through insight-based research to bring forward new opportunities.  Using in-depth research, you will identify barriers to adoption of new services and technologies in the network and devise strategy to overcome them, leading to successful transformation of the way outstanding care is delivered. 

Qualifications

You will have experience running innovation and research sessions with appropriate tools to high professional standards and have demonstrated an ability to build relationships, sales plans and business models.  You will be confident in presenting and selling to the network and partners. You are confident working alongside marketing to develop messaging and positioning of the proposition and products and have successfully leading cross functional projects and initiatives
