Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for the position of Deputy Care Manager at Home Instead.

This will be a full-time contracted position with a salary of £20000 to £22000 per annum.

The position will include some unsocial hours and alternate weekends.

You will be expected to participate in weekend and evening On call duties.

As Deputy Care Manager you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support.

As Deputy Care Manager you will work closely with both the operations Manager and Registered Manager in ensuring a high quality service continues to be delivered.

Qualifications

Candidates will have previous experience leading a team and have good understanding of care planning, risk assessment, medication administration and quality compliance.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years experiance within the health and social sector.  

The candidate will hold a QCF/NVQ level 3 or above or be willing to undertake on commencing employment.
