Company Description

They say that time flies when you're having fun and in our case the last ten years have been an absolute blast!  During this time our reputation locally has grown immensely. Families, individuals and professionals come to us because they want the very best care and are not prepared to compromise on quality, and neither are we. What we do isn't hard or complicated, it’s just about being there when we are needed and doing what we have been asked to do. With no calls less than an hour, our clients and our CAREGivers have the time to get to know each other and build a lasting relationship. Many of our CAREGivers are seen as friends by their clients and their families. It's how we deliver care and support that makes us different. With patience, understanding and being passionate about giving the very best to each and every client, each and every day.

We are excited for our future and we now need a Care Supervisor to join us on our journey.

Job Description

Our Care Supervisor will ensure effective management for our clients focusing on quality and supporting the delivery of care to a high standard.  Within your role you will be out and about across our area visiting clients and their families ensuring the care they want/need is what is being delivered, making changes to their care plans where necessary and developing growth through maximising client support.

You will need to have a flexible approach to ensure CAREGivers are providing the highest standards of care and at the same time be able to build and maintain trusting relationships with our clients through quality assurance visits and communication over the phone.

You will have experience in the sector and a Level 3 NVQ in Care is desirable.  This is a field based role, so access to your own transport is essential.

In return you will have the opportunity to join our dedicated team, who are making a difference each and every day. You will receive an excellent reward package including a company Pension Scheme, opportunities for development and training, Health Scheme Benefits and Home Instead discounts.
