We are looking for an experienced and credible health or social care specialist to help drive the quality improvement process.

We need someone who is truly customer focused, passionate about changing the face of ageing through exceptional quality services that embrace technological solutions and innovative models of care designed to enable our clients to live independently at home.

As Home Instead UK continues to grow, supporting franchises to maintain and improve care quality is critical to our success. The Quality Support Manager will hold a portfolio of locations across the UK and provide both a quality audit and quality improvement service to franchise owners.

This is an exciting opportunity to help take our quality support to the next level and to support more than 200 Owners and 9,000 CAREGivers who are making a real difference to clients in their own homes.
