Home instead Senior Care – East Cheshire

Administration Assistant with sage 50 accounting skills.

Competitive Salary

Experience of Sage 50 essential
Check and respond to emails
Responsibility to maintain Sage 50 accurately.
Input small number of invoices, credit card payments
Credit control
Monthly purchase payments
Import/export sales invoice and staff timesheets online.
Pay monthly including SSP, P45, P60
Bank reconciliations
Excel and outlook experience
CRM System
Any ad hoc duties including filing and calculating holiday entitlement

Qualifications

Experience of Sage 50 essential
