We are looking to employ a Care Supervisor to have responsibility for our CAREGivers during their induction period and ongoing competencies.  The role includes conducting support visits, supervisions and on going competency assessments in medication and moving and handling.  As the Care Supervisor you will report directly to the Training and Development Lead, to ensure all CAREGivers are compliant at all times.   

You will need to have a flexible approach to ensure CAREGivers are providing the highest standards of care and at the same time be able to build and maintain trusting relationships with our CAREGivers and clients. 

The role is full time, 35 hours per week.  The core hours of business are 9am-5pm, however the role does require flexibility to work between 7am and 10pm when needed over 7 days a week to meet the needs of the business.  You will work 5 days per week.  You will have a full driving license, experience in the sector and have a minimum Level 2 qualification in care or equivalent.  A Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable or willing to work towards this.
