Carer/Care Assistant for waking nights (CAREGiver)
- Bexleyheath, UK
- Date Advert Closes: 20th July 2020
Help us change the face of ageing - become a CAREGiver with Home Instead!
Growing older can be very stressful for some people, so can you imagine taking someone out of their home too? Our home care avoids this, and our CAREGivers allow older people to live long and happy lives, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence.
Do you want to make a real difference to someone’s life?
If you have a passion for caring and the motivation to help us achieve our ambitions, we would love to hear from you. No previous care experience needed!
We provide industry-leading training and all the support needed to get you started.
We are currently looking for CAREGivers to cover waking nights at one of our client's home.
A Waking Night is where a client requires prolonged and/or frequent support during the night and the CAREGiver is awake and working.
This Waking Night shift is from 21:00 to 06:00.
Our pay rates are £10.00 per hour during weeknights and £11.50 during weekend and bank holiday nights.
· On-going training
· Access to free EAP (Employee Assistance Programme)
· Refer-A-Friend Scheme, up to £100 per referral
· Employee Discounts at various stores
We encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work. Home Instead Senior Care is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
