All our visits with clients are for at least an hour, often more and our CAREGivers visit the same clients providing consistency and the opportunity to develop, meaningful, trusting and long term relationships.

Your role will be to achieve local community and marketing objectives and targets - online and offline.

You will be a confident, independent person who is happy to go out into the community to meet new people and talk to groups. You will be someone who is enthusiastic to promote the Home Instead brand and share information in a face to face environment.

You will be a highly organised individual and enjoy seeing things through from start to finish whilst also being capable of managing your own workload.

You will be part of a small, close-knit team who are extremely passionate about what they do.

The Role

·         To build solid and lasting relationships within the community (including businesses, voluntary & public sector organisations)  with the view to give more visibility of Home Instead, our mission, who we are, what we do and why we are different

·         Research and attend local community events to deliver and present our Home Instead educational talks

·         Approach new organisations to promote Home Instead services

·         Create content for website, document client stories, write newsletters and post online

·         To be able to plan and implement networking campaigns

·          Manage the online marketing & social media channels

·         Responsible for all adverts, marketing campaigns and materials

·          Manage the annual marketing calendar

·         Maintain accurate and up to date networking databases and referral files

 Person Spec:

·         Must have experience dealing with people and building solid relationships

·         Must have experience in preparing, planning and managing promotional campaigns

·         Must have experience in networking and marketing activities

·         Passionate about high standards of service

·         Excellent organisational skills

·         Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

·         Resilient, confident and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

·         A proactive and positive attitude

·          Happy working both independently and as part of a team

Skills & Requirements

·         Excellent IT skills

·          Good command of spoken and written English language

·         Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English

·         Full driving license and access to their own vehicle

·         Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.

·         UK Work Permit
