Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks within a busy office, particularly arranging CAREGiver schedules, communicating these to CAREGivers and clients, and managing any required changes. This will be a full time permanent role.

The Scheduler will work as part of a team and report to the Registered Manager, ensuring that our CAREGivers have all the necessary support to continue providing an outstanding service to our clients.

Duties include, but are not limited to;

Scheduling of visits to clients, and communicating schedules to clients and CAREGivers

Dealing with alterations to schedules caused by unforeseen circumstances

Matching CAREGivers to new clients in conjunction with client services team, and arrange introductions

Manage CAREGiver annual leave

A driving licence and own vehicle are essential.   

This role is for 40 hours per week, as well as on call duties on a rota basis, averaging one week in 6. We are offering an excellent remuneration package and ongoing development opportunities for the right person. 

Qualifications

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an aptitude for solving problems, resource planning and dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously. You may not have direct experience of scheduling or logistics, but if you enjoy logic puzzles and organising tasks then this will probably suit your personality, and we can teach you the skills required.
