We are looking for a Weekend On Call Supervisor.  Someone who has a passion for the care industry in particular elderly care at home, with exceptional organisational skills who can manage our weekend on call.  You would be responsible for the effective and efficient weekend on call service for all enquiries, concerns and emergencies, from staff, clients and the general public.  

This is a part time position, working weekends.  You will be required to attend our office in Newport on a Friday afternoon 4pm-5pm and Monday morning, 9am-10am for effective hand overs.  Outside of this you will be working from home.  

Our ideal candidate will; 

• Have a care background with senior experience 
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is essential, a level 3 is desirable 
• Must have access to your personal transport as the role may require you to travel in an emergency
