Job Description

The Recruitment and Retention Coordinator (RRC) is expected to perform a variety of duties for the recruitment and engagement of CAREGivers. The RRC is expected to promote the role of Home Instead, recruit, screen, interview, and process all potential CAREGivers and provide the highest quality service and communication to CAREGivers to drive engagement.

·        Accountable for all aspects of recruitment

·        Liaising with Management regarding the interviewing and assessment process of all candidates

·        Responsible for all relevant checks are completed - ID, references and DBS checks

·        Managing all adverts, job boards, marketing materials up to date

·        Maintain and update all recruitment databases and candidate files

·        Achieve targeted recruitment figures

·        To be able to plan and maintain recruitment drives

·        Responsible of retention and engagement of CAREGivers

·        Monitor staff welfare and morale

·        Day to Day HR Functions

·        Participate with running the training of new recruits

·        Experience in general admin

·        Organise recruitment events

·         IT and social media skills

Qualifications

·        Minimum of 3 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English

·        Must have a positive motivated  attitude and driven to achieve targets

·        Self-confident and excellent communications skills

·        Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills     

·        Marketing and sales skills

·        Personable with great relationship building skills

·        HR experience of advantage

·        Driver

·        Must have experience in preparing and managing recruitment campaigns

·        Able to plan and organise events

·        Ability to Network
