We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in the Worcestershire area. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help our clients keep their independence in their own home.

Home Instead is different to other agencies.

Calls are a minimum of one hour;

Our Care Givers do not wear uniforms and they go back to the same clients all the time to build up that special relationship.

Home Instead are looking for CAREGivers in the Gloucester area to support clients on part time basis including every other weekend.

CAREGiver pay rate: £11.20 - £12.30 (including guaranteed holiday pay), Double time Bank Holidays.

You do not need previous experience as full, paid training is provided. However you do need a full driving licence and access to a car.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help keep our elderly clients safe and comfortable in their own home.  This can range from assisting with medication, shopping, booking Doctors’ appointments to managing personal care (where required).  As our customers live in their own homes, they need care visits that work around their lifestyle, we do not offer 24/7 care and generally calls are carried out between 7.30am and 10pm, as such was can offer our Care Assistants a wide range of shifts to meet their needs too!
