As a care assistant with us you will provide support to private paying clients, where each visit is a minimum of one hour. Spending this amount of time with a client gives you time to develop a meaningful relationship and provide the support as it should be.

We are looking for kind and compassionate people to join our Home Instead family of amazing CAREGivers, in Chell, Norton and surrounding areas.

We provide care to private funded clients with a minimum of 1 hour visits, to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

Our CAREGivers provide personal care, home help and companionship to our clients which helps them live independently in the homes. 

Shifts consist of mornings and evenings which will include alternate weekends. 

Transport is Essential for traveling in between calls. 

Qualifications

We provide full training before you start to ensure you feel confident about meeting your clients. 

A coach will support you to become confident in all aspects of the role from the day you start.

You will receive ongoing training and supervision, which you get full pay for, and  you will have a career development plan to enable you to become expert in your field of choice, such as Dementia Care, Parkinson's Disease Care and End of Life Care.

You will be encouraged and fully supported become a fully Qualified Care Professional with the Diploma in levels 2, 3, & 4 for Social Care for Adults.
