Job Description

The CAREGiver role is for variable hours per week. Days or Evenings with alternate weekends off. You must be able to travel between calls.

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients. The post will cover Leek and the surrounding area. As a CARE Assistant, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients remain independent in their own home. in return you will be given a set rota with set days off each week and contracted hours, this provides consistency of hours and pay.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver./ CARE assistant, however, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. Our CARE Assistants enjoy building professional relationships and are comfortable spending time in the company of others.

Qualifications

To become a CAREGiver/care assistant you do not require any qualifications as full training is provided before you start. All we ask is that you have a big heart and want to make a difference to our clients lives.
