Client CAREGiver call scheduling:

·         Client care calls to be templated on reoccurring schedules block schedules where possible

·        Schedules to be worked in advance by at least two weeks

·        Schedules to be completed by a Friday 12.00 and emailed out for the following Monday (9 days later)

·        Ensure CGs confirm schedules by 12.00 on the Monday for 7 days time. Any work given back to be re-allocated and recorded.

·        Communicate effectively and efficiently any changes to schedules and reasons prior to making changes with in the next 7 days to CG schedules (ideally by phone)

·        Add new clients care templates to People Planner (scheduling system)

·        Add additional hours to scheduling system for existing clients

·        Work to create CAREGiver runs ie 4-5 hours of clients within same area

·        Ensure CAREGivers are matched and introduced to new clients

·        Record introductions to Clients

·        Schedule ‘shadowing’ calls for new CGs to shadow existing CGs when training

·        Review monthly client / CAREGiver matches (apply bars where matches have not worked)

·        Ensure each client has 2 main CGs with a 3rd back up for holiday cover etc

·        Update all availability of new CAREGivers on to People Planner, manage any changes to availability. Ensure min and max hours requested is added as well as capped hours, pull this report monthly.

·        Manage and update all CAREGiver requests of annual leave (4 weeks notice to be given and signed off by CM) record all holiday and ensure sufficient and safe cover for clients

·        Record any absences and  sickness and give a report weekly for any work handed back (shift hand backer spreadsheet!)

·        Cover any on the day changes ie sickness or unplanned absences with finding cover.

·        Monitor CG mileage by ensuring client ‘runs’ are efficient geographically

·        Support with call reconciliation

·        Monitor the live feed screen whilst in the office to ensure all calls are logged in and out.

 

Additional Information

Salary: £18,000- £25,000 dependant on experience
