Job Description

The Recruiter/Administrator has an important role as they are responsible for supporting CAREGivers through the recruitment process, applying for their documents and complying with Care Quality Commission compliance regulations. As an administrator you will need to be a highly organised, efficient individual.

Additional Information

Full time Recruiter/Administrator required £18,500 basic, OTE £19,000 (dependent on experience)

37.5 hours over 5 days Monday to Friday plus on call on rota system.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and adhere to established company policies and procedures
  • Conducting interviews
  • Applying for DBS checks and references
  • Using Indeed/Facebook and company systems to advertise current procedures
  • CAREGiver file compliance
  • Supporting current Administration Manager with invoicing and remittance
  • Credit Control
  • Mileage calculations
  • Data input
  • Reconciliation of client and CAREGiver visits
  • Being part of the on-call rota

Person Specification

  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Knowledge and ability to use Excel and Word to a high standard.
