Job Description

The Field Support CAREGiver is expected to perform a wide variety of duties in the completion of service for clients and to assist and support clients, CAREGivers and other staff members in order to provide the highest quality service to our clients. Field Support is a valuable support role to the Company as it is anticipated that this role will be flexible and adapt to the ever changing needs of the business. 

The Field Support role consists of various tasks including care co-ordination, office administration, on-call weekend rota and CAREGiver duties.  It is anticipated that 2 days per week will be spent in an office based role with the remainder of the 25 hours being spent CAREGiving, although this may vary in accordance with immediate staffing requirements.
