Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic administration apprentice because you’ll have the chance to learn a very wide range of skills. For example:

Duties will include:

  • Helping with the recruitment process, carrying out reference checks, sending out letters and emails, taking telephone calls, taking interview notes
  • Learning our scheduling systems, assigning visits
  • Helping with events, such as fundraising, organising and attending jobs fairs
  • Getting involved with charitable events such as Silver Sundays – bringing elderly people together for activities and togetherness
  • Dealing with general enquiries, meeting and greeting visitors
  • Filing, scanning and general administration to support all members of the team

  • Working week

    Shifts TBC including term time day release at Bournemouth College for part of the Apprenticeship

Qualifications

Desired qualifications

  • Minimum of four GCSEs at grade C/4 and above or equivalent, which must include English and maths
  • Candidates with A level or equivalent Level 3 qualifications and degree holders who have no previous qualification within this field are also able to apply
