Job Description

The purpose of the role is to monitor and supervise the quality of care within HISC and to ensure that care provision is of a high quality, procedurally compliant, and meets the Client needs.

In addition, the role necessitates the day-to-day supervision of our CAREGiver's to ensure that they are competent and appropriately skilled to undertake the relevant tasks and duties assigned to them. It includes the consistent monitoring of care provided to our Clients through feedback, observation, and ongoing auditing of CAREGiver's recording logs and journals, and supporting the activation of any remedial steps to ensure that care services continue to meet HISC’s client ethos and agreed standards of delivering that care.

The position also requires an ongoing focus on Client satisfaction and supporting new CG’s via the HISC “buddy” system through their induction period.

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years Care Experience.
  • Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care
  • Driver
