To give you an idea of how we are different, we do no visits less than one hour long and all our CAREGivers are introduced to our clients before they work with them. These are just 2 examples of our standards.

We are looking for a passionate Registered Care Manager with a proven ability to manage teams to deliver high quality outcomes for our clients while we continue to grow.

The following are essential attributes and requirements:

  • Experience in a busy environment delivering first class care and support to clients and carers in the community
  • Feels comfortable talking to both existing and new clients
  • Management ability to be able to ensure excellent compliance around CQC requirements
  • Has experience in leading a team to provide very high-quality home care services
  • Is commercially aware and business focused
  • Has excellent communication and office skills
  • Has a flexible, positive, approach to work
  • Wants to work in a fast growing, fun and professional environment
  • Demonstrate in depth knowledge and working practices with clients with dementia
  • Experience of writing in depth, personalised care plans
  • Ability to manage a large and growing team of carers, senior team and office staff
  • The ability to work under pressure and remain calm
  • QCF 5 or equivalent qualification
  • Full driving licence and reliable vehicle essential
  • Ability to provide a clear DBS and obtain CQC registration
  • Growth mentality
