Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Care Supervisor/Care Coordinator with prior experience within the Health & Social care sector.

“  We are recruiting for a dynamic, Innovative, forward thinking Care Supervisor/Care Coordinator to become a valued member of the team, Rated “Doubly OUTSTANDING” by CQC.

You will share our values to deliver OUSTANDING person centered support and lead our team of OUTSTANDNG CAREGiver’s to enable our clients to live independently in their own homes. 

This is a progressive post, with opportunities for career development. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the continuing growth of the company by demonstrating innovative practice, embracing changes/advancing technology and matching CAREGivers to clients to ensure the client’s needs are being met efficiently. Manage CAREGivers to provide safe, effective care and support that responds to each client’s needs and preferences.
