We're looking for reliable people with kind, compassionate hearts who can use their  skills from a past career and/or life experience to help build trusted relationships with our clients in the Cranleigh and surrounding areas. 

As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help keep clients independent in their own home. This could include but not limited to tasks such as

Companionship- taking clients out for walks, meals out, doctors appointments 

Home help-  Light housework, Preparing fresh meals, running errands, light gardening 

Personal and Dementia care- full training provided, but this could include assisting with bathing, memory games or assisting your client to get dressed.

You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. 

What we are looking for in a Care Assistant and CAREGiver 

• A passion for supporting others, wanting to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients
• With training, provide personal and Dementia care to our clients
• Good availability including alternate weekends to cover 16-20hrs per week
• Driver essential with access to a reliable car as you be travelling to clients homes and taking them out in your car. 
• Aged over 18
