Job Description

The Recruiter will play a key role in presenting Home Instead Senior Care as the “employer of choice” and recruiting the very best CAREGivers in Norwich. The role will involve:

  • Networking and building internal and external relationships to recruit quality CAREGivers
  • Supporting all candidates through the full recruitment process
  • Maintaining a pipeline of quality candidates
  • Screening all candidates
  • Conducting interviews
  • Processing background checks on all candidates
  • Requesting references for all successful candidates
  • Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system and candidate records, ensuring all legal, regulatory and franchise standards are met
  • Achieving targeted recruitment figures and completing regular KPI spreadsheets
  • Supporting CAREGivers through their first 3 months with the company

Qualifications

Essential

  • Recruitment, marketing or sales experience
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Organised with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good attention to detail ensuring copy and administration is accurate and complete
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle to attend events and network in the Norwich area

Beneficial

  • £22,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience
