Job Description

Due to growth, a fantastic opportunity is available for a Care Coordinator to join Home Instead`s expanding team of office and community-based professionals.Based at the company's  office in Beaumont Leys, Reporting to the Care Manager.

Qualifications

Care Coordinator will; Organise daily rotas for care staff in an identified area, New run development and logistics, Liaise directly with clients, carers and care managers, Manage a team of community care assistants and develop as a lead,  within a vibrant and supportive working environment that champions personal development.
