Salary: £10.75 - £13.00 Per Hour

Here at Home Instead South Bucks, we are looking to grow our team of Care Assistants.

We are looking for individuals who have a passion to care to support our elderly clients in their own homes based in the South Buckinghamshire area including the Chalfont area, Amersham, Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross.

Our services include; companionship, light housekeeping and personal care. Our Care Assistants encourage assist and stimulate our clients, enabling them to remain independent at home for as long as possible.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable people who are interested in supporting people in their own local community. Our services are non-medical, and our Care Assistant responsibilities are wide-ranging; from chatting over coffee to help with washing and dressing and from preparing freshly-cooked meals to accompanying clients to various appointments and social activities!

Due to the nature of the role our Care Assistants must…

·        Be a minimum of 18+ years old.

·        Have a full UK driving licence.

·        Own a vehicle.

·        Be available on alternate weekends.

If you are caring and compassionate then you already have the most important qualifications to be a Home Instead Care Assistant. We provide you with free training before you start to fully prepare you for your new role!
