We are looking for an experienced and credible health or social care specialist to join our team based in Warrington as a Quality Support Manager.  As our Quality Support Manager, you will deliver a quality support service, helping Franchise Owners to deliver high quality relationship-led home care for older people.

We need someone who is truly customer focused, passionate about changing the face of ageing through exceptional quality services and is adept at communicating with a diverse range of people.

As Home Instead Senior Care continues to grow, supporting franchises to maintain and improve care quality is critical to our success. The Quality Support Manager will hold a portfolio of locations across the UK and provide both a quality audit and quality improvement service to franchise owners.

This is an exciting opportunity to help take our quality support to the next level and to support more than 192 Owners and 9,000 CAREGivers who are making a real difference to clients in their own homes.
