Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide.
We are proud of the care and support we offer to both our clients and our CAREGivers. We are looking for people who want to make a difference to our client's lives, develop their skills or who are interested in a new exciting career. All our care is provided using the 'Mum Test' - is this the care and support we would be happy for our own loved ones to receive?
We are looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference to our clients lives and in return be part of our Newcastle & Stoke team in a rewarding role. We are not looking for experience as you will receive excellent support and training but being kind, caring and compassionate is essential. You will have your own clients who you will see regularly along with the guarantee to our clients that they will only see the people that they know and trust, you get to see on a daily basis the positive impact you are having on their lives. All of our calls are a minimum of one hour allowing you to provide the best care you can with the dignity and support that all our clients deserve.
We work with you to set a work pattern that fits in with your availability and lifestyle. We do ask for some weekend availability but again this pattern is agreed on an individual basis based on your week day hours.
