Job Description
- Maintaining email and/or phone communication with all b2b customers as assigned
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries
- Ensure customers assigned have updated and accurate descriptions, images and pricing for all active items
- Complete product submission for new items
- Maintain CRM database with all contacts and agreements
- Maintain sales report and analyze for opportunities to grow the account
- Review competitive pricing
- Submit items for events and sales, and analyze results
Qualifications
- Experience with online marketplaces
- Must be a team player
- At least 3 years of experience in the same or a relevant field
- Must have strong computer skills.
- High moral character and excellent sense of work ethics
